Meet Juliette
Executive Coach
Juliette is an accredited coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, specialising in leadership development.
Having qualified as a lawyer in 1995, Juliette spent more than 25 years assisting doctors and other healthcare professionals with a variety of complex legal disputes. Juliette forged her own path in the law. Whilst raising a family and being the first lawyer in her network to work part-time , she was promoted to Equity Partner and Head of the Health & Care Sector in a London City law firm. She has first-hand experience of the opportunities and challenges that leaders face in a variety of corporate contexts.
In 2022, Juliette relocated to Abu Dhabi to pursue a portfolio career including Executive Coaching, running a Pilates business and continuing her UK legal practice.
My Approach
I am a solutions-focused coach but am not afraid to challenge my clients within the supported environment of a coaching session. I listen deeply to what you are saying, what you are not saying and how you are saying it. I then utilise a variety of established coaching methods depending on how we both work best together. Most importantly, my focus is on tangible outcomes for you to take away and implement immediately.

Next Steps
Book a free, initial connection call with me to see if we are the right fit for each other. We can discuss your questions about coaching, my fees and the potential involvement of your employer as the sponsor. If your course of coaching is sponsored, we will have an introductory 3-way meeting with you, me and your sponsor before the course starts to agree the parameters of our work together. You and I then have a course of six, confidential, on-line or in person coaching sessions, usually every two weeks, after which there will be a second 3-way meeting to report on the agreed outcome.
